The Phenomenon of Chappell RoanProfessor of Film and Screen Studies Catherine Zimmer, PhD, authored an article in Avidly (a channel of the LA Review of Books) titled ýA Feminomenology of Chappell Roan,ý in which she discussed the ýphenomenoný of the singer-songwriter, which includes, among other things, ýan earnest and passionate longing for the analog,ý something Zimmer feels the artist herself embodies.

Hilary Leavitt, who grew up in Brick, New Jersey, is now a successful producer with a growing list of credits that includes the award-winning television seriesýOrphan BlackýaԻýOzark. She credits much of her professional achievement to the opportunities she received as a student at ý, double-majoring in Musical Theater and Film and Screen Studies.
