The Web, Mobile, and AI Services team at òòò½´«Ã½ is a collaborative group of technical professionals dedicated to advancing the Universityòòò½´«Ã½™s digital presence across websites, mobile platforms, and AI-powered tools. We partner with University Relations to ensure brand consistency, accessibility for all users, and alignment with Paceòòò½´«Ã½™s strategic goals.
Our team provides expert guidance on web and mobile technologies, user-centered design, and digital best practices. We support content managers and web contributors through training and resources that foster high-quality, accessible digital content.
Beyond website development and management, we lead key initiatives involving the Pace Portal, mobile app development, and enterprise-level APIs and data integrations that connect campus systems and enhance the student, faculty, and staff experience. We also build and support AI projects such as virtual tutors and T-Bone, Paceòòò½´«Ã½™s AI-powered chatbot.
Our project management services help departments plan, prioritize, and successfully execute digital initiatives from start to finish.
Services
- Serve as the primary ITS resource for web, mobile, and AI-related technical support.
- Partner with departments across the University to plan websites, define digital goals, and align with strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design websites, templates, web forms, and provide guidance on content strategy and accessibility.
- Train and support content managers in the use of our content management systems (Drupal and Wordpress), empowering them to effectively manage and maintain their departmental websites.
- Provide technical support for the Pace Portal, including site structure, access management, and integration with University systems.
- Support mobile and AI development efforts, including chatbot training, virtual tutor implementation, and user experience optimization.
- Offer expertise in API development and data integrations that connect web, mobile, and administrative platforms across the University.
- Respond to technical questions and requests related to our digital environment, including portal functionality, access issues, and training opportunities.
