All immunization records and associated documentation must be submitted online through the university health care's confidential Patient Portal.

Spring 2025 Semester Deadlines
- Law School: December 1, 2024
- Undergrad, Grad, Doctoral students: January 9, 2025
Summer 1 2025 Session Deadline
- May 1, 2025
Summer 2 2025 Session Deadline
- June 1, 2025
Fall 2025 Semester Deadline
- August 1, 2025
Please allow up to 7 business days for immunization document submissions to be reviewed by Point and Click. òòò½´«Ã½ will be notified by email when documents have been reviewed.
